KEITH SOPHA

Keith Sopha is an experienced Director of Environmental Services with a demonstrated work history of managing large healthcare facilities.  Keith has a passion for infection prevention and has spent his entire working career enhancing the professionalism of healthcare cleaning, establishing best practice cleaning and disinfection practices and educating the housekeeping industry.


In 2013, Keith established “CleanLearning” a training and certification program based on best practice cleaning and disinfection. www.cleanlearning.org.  Keith’s registered trade mark is: “Improving the quality of clean through certification”

DEAN WAISMAN

Dean Waisman is the President of Westech Cleaning Audit Systems and has over 20 years’ experience implementing, improving and inspiring change in facilities across Canada through the Westech Cleaning Audit Systems.

 

Dean is extremely proud that Westech’ s Audit System is being utilized by hospitals, educational facilities and other companies to maintain the highest cleanliness standards in Canada.

EVA BILLING

Eva is a senior professional who demonstrates extensive experience of managing in the facilities and service industry, originated from her educational background in the health care industry and a former entrepreneur.  Eva joined Bee Clean in 2005 and is currently managing the Occupational Health and Safety, Training, Quality Assurance and Environmental Programs by leading a team of professionals.


In her current role as a Safety Manager by enhancing the company’s safety management
program, Eva has led Bee-Clean to receive two provincial safety awards. The ACSA
Trailblazer Award, Large Employer Category in 2011 and again in 2015. Eva is an experienced Safety Management System Auditor since 2006. She has conducted
over 25 audits both; internal and external. She continuously working toward to heighten her
level of education in various areas relating to her role.

Stephanie Daigle. NB 

Stephanie  est une personne qui a oeuvré dans plusieurs  domaines tels que la foresterie, la santé, le service à la clientèle et la gestion,  Elle a oeuvré dans le domaine de la foresterie pendant 8 ans ou elle a acquis plusieurs formations et certifications en santé et sécurité . Elle a également oeuvré dans plusieurs rôle de supervisions durant son séjour 

En 2019 elle a obtenu le poste de gestionnaire en environnement où elle a obtenu la certification de gestionnaire en environnement de l'institut "Clean Learning'". 

 

Stephanie a récemment lancé sa propre entreprise "S. A. Clean consulting" comme consultante en environnement dans le domaine de l'hôtellerie et foyez privé.

 

 

Stephanie is a person who has worked in several fields such as forestry, health, customer service and management, She has worked in the field of forestry for 8 years where she has acquired several training and certification in health and safety and continious improvement. She also worked in several supervisory roles during her stays at J.D.Irving ltd.

In 2019, she obtained the position of environmental manager in Health care industry where she obtained the certification of environmental manager from the 'Clean Learning' institute.

Stephanie recently launched her own company 'S.A Clean consulting' as an environmental consultant in  hotel industry  and private household sector.

Chantelle Kovacs

Chantelle is a Quality Assurance Manager, Health and Safety Supervisor & Green Clean Specialist for Bee-Clean Building Maintenance. Chantelle began her career in 2012 as a Quality Assurance Assistant and Trainer and since then has paved her way to Safety and Green Cleaning through her vision in improving the Industry for present and future generations, she demonstrates this by being actively involved in volunteering for trades, trades shows and schools.

 

She became a certified Health and Safety Auditor in the year 2014, she is experienced in Training, Quality Assurance, Safety Inspections, Biohazardous Material Handling, Infection Prevention and Control and has excellent customer service. She has over 30 Certifications in relation to the Health Care and Hospitality Industry and is continuously educating herself both in the field and out to expand her horizon.

Rob Russell

Rob has over 33 years of experience in the Jan San industry, working in a variety of roles with one of Canada’s leading cleaning suppliers - WoodWyant

During his career with WoodWyant:

  • Healthcare specialist with geographic accountability from Toronto to Burlington Ontario

  • A district manager for southwestern Ontario responsible for 10 account team members

  • National / Key accounts manager working closely with manufacturers, to support clients across Canada

Rob served on the Toronto Practitioners of Infection Control Committee (TPIC) and was an active Board member of the Canadian Sanitation Supply Association (CSSA)

He is a professional development trainer specializing in WHMIS, Isolation cleaning and disinfection

His experience includes work loading, benchmarking and staffing requirements for the Long Term Care Environmental Services sector
