Keith Sopha is an experienced Director of Environmental Services with a demonstrated work history of managing large healthcare facilities.  Keith has a passion for infection prevention and has spent his entire working career enhancing the professionalism of healthcare cleaning, establishing best practice cleaning and disinfection practices and educating the housekeeping industry.


In 2013, Keith established “CleanLearning” a training and certification program based on best practice cleaning and disinfection. www.cleanlearning.org.  Keith’s registered trade mark is: “Improving the quality of clean through certification”

Susan Roberts Manager of Support Services Groves Memorial Hospital Fergus Ont.
Graduate of George Brown College in Culinary Management. Working in the Food industry for over 33 years. Began career working along side of Bonnie Stern at the Bonnie Stern School of Cooking in Toronto.  Moving to Fergus Ontario in 1989 began working at Groves in 1990, attaining certified chef position in 1991.


With a passion for the Healthcare Industry became a Nutrition Manager in 2003, then opportunity to move into a supervisory role in Housekeeping. Over the years the Support Services at GMCH have amalgamated under one umbrella, and in 2013 became Manager.
Have been a member of the CAEM Board of Directors since April of 2010.

SUE ROBERTS

Dean Waisman is the President of Westech Cleaning Audit Systems and has over 20 years’ experience implementing, improving and inspiring change in facilities across Canada through the Westech Cleaning Audit Systems.

 

Dean is extremely proud that Westech’ s Audit System is being utilized by hospitals, educational facilities and other companies to maintain the highest cleanliness standards in Canada.

DEAN WAISMAN

Eva is a senior professional who demonstrates extensive experience of managing in the facilities and service industry, originated from her educational background in the health care industry and a former entrepreneur.  Eva joined Bee Clean in 2005 and is currently managing the Occupational Health and Safety, Training, Quality Assurance and Environmental Programs by leading a team of professionals.


In her current role as a Safety Manager by enhancing the company’s safety management
program, Eva has led Bee-Clean to receive two provincial safety awards. The ACSA
Trailblazer Award, Large Employer Category in 2011 and again in 2015. Eva is an experienced Safety Management System Auditor since 2006. She has conducted
over 25 audits both; internal and external. She continuously working toward to heighten her
level of education in various areas relating to her role.

EVA BILLING

Brad Fedyk is a Certified Environmental Manager and a respected Environmental
Services and Infection Prevention professional with over 20 years of experience in the
healthcare and education fields. He is a visionary, whose leadership abilities and drive for
innovation have enabled him to consistently design and implement evidence based best
practice cleaning and programs for the Education, Acute, Mental Health, Rehabilitation
and Long Term Care sectors.


Commencing his career at the Hospital for Sick Children in Toronto, he has worked at
leading healthcare organizations including Grey Bruce Health Services, CAMH, Hotel
Dieu Grace Healthcare, Humber River Regional Hospital, and was the National Director
of Training for Crothall Services/ Compass Group Canada. He is an active member of
Healthy Schools Campaign, IPAC Canada, ISSA, BOMA, OASBO and is the Ontario
Director for the Canadian Association of Environmental Management (CAEM)
Currently he is championing on the need for greater emphasis on Cleanliness and
Infection Prevention in the Education sector as the Manager of Custodial Services for 82
schools of the Upper Grand District School Board in Guelph ON.,

Chantelle is a Quality Assurance Manager, Health and Safety Supervisor & Green Clean Specialist for Bee-Clean Building Maintenance. Chantelle began her career in 2012 as a Quality Assurance Assistant and Trainer and since then has paved her way to Safety and Green Cleaning through her vision in improving the Industry for present and future generations, she demonstrates this by being actively involved in volunteering for trades, trades shows and schools.

 

She became a certified Health and Safety Auditor in the year 2014, she is experienced in Training, Quality Assurance, Safety Inspections, Biohazardous Material Handling, Infection Prevention and Control and has excellent customer service. She has over 30 Certifications in relation to the Health Care and Hospitality Industry and is continuously educating herself both in the field and out to expand her horizon.

Kendra graduated from Durham College with a diploma in Wellness Promotion beginning her career in healthcare as a Healthy Workplace Assistant. Soon after Kendra obtained certification in Environmental Services Management through the Canadian Association of Environmental Management and the Ontario Hospital Association. Kendra has experience working in a hospital and long-term care facilities in Durham Region and the Greater Toronto Area. She currently practices as an Environmental Supervisor and Sustainability Coordinator at West Park Healthcare Centre in Toronto. Kendra is looking forward to the opportunity of being a part of the Canadian Association of Environmental Management and helping Canada keep their healthcare facilities clean while also striving to be green!
